i like intensify, but it has so much potential for abuse. not sure if thats a bad thing tho

bonecrusher is a 3 mana 5(+)/3 its fairly easy to answer, but it cant be ignored. cadence and revival cards make it even better, but it can be played in any deck since abyss has no real competition for the 3 slot

chittering tiller isnt great, but it isnt bad. it will see play in decks that build up board then drag the enemy into range (cause really, how many games it the enemy general just 1 tile out of reach, every. single. game.) not amazing and there are ways this will backfire so its not amazing, just usable.

munch is cassy’s new punish. terrible outside of creep decks, but good removal for creep

bolster… does lyonar really need more beef? its good, especially in swarm of divine bond, but the point of those decks is to win fairly quickly. is there a tier inbetween staple and viable?

lifestream is good, low cost and tutor with a full heal attached? it’ll be run in every deck but you have to decide if you really want to play it now

indominus will be like zir, not a bad card and it can help you win games by outlasting your opponent, but not good enough to be run in any top tier decks

krater is just what magmar needs to tip self harm based decks over the edge into the meta. with krater alone metamorphosis, twin fang, blood rage, and much more are moved out of meme tier

haruspex OP 4 mana 7/6? how do you answer that turn 2? and does magmar really care if their opponent draws cards? they have so many things to turn that downside into a positive

knucklestorm mantra support. so many ways to abuse this scaling damage, especially in songhai

massacre artist is meme tier unless we get super good backstab support. mass flight memes here we come

thicket augur is just a gloomchaser with better wraithlings. could be good with swarm kara especially since they just need keeper or hailstone to abuse the summons

permafrost is an ilena exclusive. still need better payoffs for stun tho

cloudcaller is like a meltdown was nerfed in the other direction and given less RNG. decent in any deck, but could shine in any blood surge deck

metalmeld isnt that great, the randomization of what artifact you pull is a serious downside unless you are running 1 OP artifact. could be fun in otk decks

khanuum ka is OP all you need is fault, obelysks, zirix, or the bazillion other dervish spawners to get essentially infinite damage.

fizzling mystic is not great, but playable in basically any situation. especially in lower tier budget decks and gauntlet

sellsoul is an aggro card through and through. too much self damage for anything that doesnt pack a lot of healing though

hsuku is like spelljammer of buffs. decent stats and its effect will make your opponent hesitate to use it, but the fact that if buffs your opponent means it wont be run in many decks

scarzig is a meme. only through combos dedicated to it will it proc (unless you are against lilithe or maybe ragnora

I’m feeling similarly conflicted on this one too, not sure how to evaluate it at all. We have tons of beef cards already and this one costs card advantage and doesn’t offer tempo.

That’s what I’m thinking too. I don’t think Magmar’s played the resource management game in quite a while and with all the draw in this game milling a few key cards is likely to be worth more than trying to starve the opponent for cards, especially in faction with so much symmetrical draw.

somebody ground up ooz, then shoved the remains into a sphere of darkness to make painful pluck. its a creep card through and through with some synergy with darkspine elemental, and choking tendrils, but not much else

legion is ok… well at least youll never worry about mill or card advantage ever again

mortar is good. but not good enough compared to everything else magmar has in the 5 slot. any other faction would kill for it, but magmar has to actually think if it wants this over all its other staples. and you know how good magmar is at thinking…

war exorcist is good in every deck ironcliffe is good in and more

okkadok… well it wont replace young silithar, but its certainly better than a lot of magmars other 2 drops/

ac-cumulo-nimbus is OP AS HELL. especially combined with khan. or ya know… aggro of any kind. its good enough to play the first time as basically a better tiger without as much reach. then it gets crazy.

mirrorrim is going to warp the meta by its mere presence. all minions that you dont play because they just get answered will see play. intensify minions obviously benefit. and dont get me started on the autoincludes.

The songhai mythron card is suck to the tenth. Just wanted to put that out there. The only reason why I didn’t completely say it was trash is because it can probably work out 1/1000 times.
