That would make it so OP, especially if intensify activated from just being summoned rather than from action bar which I think it does.
Anything Magmar + Anything = Uneeded Magmar salt.

Intensify activates once on the first summon…so it comes as a 2/3,Had it rebirth it would be staight up slithar young powercreep
