Given the word ‘have’ I think it’s at the same time, but I also feel that might be unreasonably hard.

Given the wording, I definitely think you must have all the token minions on the board at the same time. If so, the card would be completely unplayable :-/ It’s not very inventive or strong either, I guess the developers ran a little out of gas when designing this one. It doesn’t even match any of the Vanar themes

I can only play it on the turn that I have the 5 minions on board or any time after I have achieved it?
Even though i’m a HUGE sucker for vanar and howlers in praticular, i think i’m about to pass on this one.

Based on this, as long as you’ve had 5 different token minions on the board at the same time, you can play the card whenever.
