You can play around the damage part of immo, mass healing however makes me very angery, especially since it can heal itself.

nerf wen

I don’t like this at all, it’s a good lyonar legendary, we have a theme to stick to dammit.

I should not like this cause it doesn’t do something when it hits the field but holy smokes. This guy launches epics spells for free? Goddamn exorcists burning everyone on the board, it could be great.

This minion cleverly helps Healnar,I think it is final minion push it over the top

I love this card! Seems like a solid addition to Heal Zir’an, but it really could be used anywhere, given how much of a staple Holy Immolation is. Its impressive 3/8 stats and the fact that it has Provoke just adds to the excitement.

Also, even if this seems overpowered, I shall not complain, because this is pretty much the first time Lyonar got something overpowered.

Card doesn’t seem very good as your opponent will either kill your minions or stay away from them, rendering the effect useless. There is some value from forcing your opponent to fear every minion you play, though.

Not strong but probably playable because of that phenomenal 3/8 statline

Someone at CPG is losing his job after this! XD

Jokes aside, this looks horribly powerful and it teaches us that each faction will get 2 legendary minions, so I believe we won’t see legendary spells or artifacts this time…

Don’t forget the Provoke! Combine this with a couple of Crestfallens and Knights, and that would be a board the opponent would have die to break. Unless removal.

Rip zir,an
Even in healyonar, why should you ever be taken if theres lifestream, war exorcist and all the other healcards. We reached a time where zir,ans BBs becomes situational in a healyonar deck that has damaged minions.Better just take Argeon to balance the Magmarweakness a bit while not losing too much healsynergy.

This sounds very scary until we remember that opponents aren’t typically attacking into minions they can’t kill anyway. If you already have an established board of damaged minions that you can keep alive while Exorcist is warming up you’ll be very happy. But more likely I expect Lyonar players to self-harm the Exorcist to fish for that effect. Which seems very clumsy. I’m not sure if it’ll outperform Guardian, and I think it’ll be better in non-Zir’an decks. Maybe it’ll wreak some havoc with Aegis Barrier against decks with only targeted removal?

Still, finally a second playable 5-drop for Lyonar, and a pretty flashy one.

I expect this will see very little play, it is no ironcliffe and the effect is basically meaningless given how much removal there is and it takes too long. There is also the issue that it invovles your opponent playing into it, which is great if you are in bronze but if your opponent has any idea how the game works then it will do nothing and just be a 3/8 statstick at which point you may as well ahve just played brightmoss golem.

But is there a way to play around this without removal?

@whyb0t already said everything I feel about this card. :+1:

The effect seems strong at first glance, but is rather easy to play around until you get pinned to a wall. If that happens, you were likely already dead. 5 mana for a 3/8 isn’t bad though, and the effect still forces your opponent to play around it. It’s not bad but it isn’t going to be game breaking either.

I actually didn’t read it probably, it has provoke which makes it so much better, is actually playable, but I still don’t see it taking over the meta

tbh most people’s opinions on how good stuff is in duelyst are a load of rubbish anyways, there are only a few people who I will actually listen too seriously when they say something.
