Same for me, no code in the mailbox. So I wrote a friendly message to bandai support asking about it. I will let you know how it goes.

We’ve since learned that this type of code can only be used once per account so while we appreciate the donations we won’t really be able to use them for prize support.

Wait, there are codes that can be used multiple times per account? GIVE ME THE INFINITE ORBS!!!
No as in if your friend gives you their 3 orb code and you’ve already used yours then you can’t redeem your friend’s code.
I can 100% confirm that these ones do. They aren’t bound to an account either. Using the earlier example I could use my friend’s code but then if I tried to use mine it would not work.
