Just got my e-mail for the orbs about 15 mins ago. Check your e-mail, and the place to redeem them is in the settings menu in-game.

It’s also possible the codes are being sent out in batches, rather than all at once. But if nothing comes by tomorrow, then maybe you were too late when you signed up.
