I just read that information today and i just subscribed to the duelyst email list. Can i get the code via email. I mean you said “we’ll be sending everyone a code”. I think you should give all players those 3 orbs because we all have the “hit a snag” thing. It was simplier than send code via email, isn’t it? Well i just want to know if i have subscribed but a bit later can i still get the code.
I did the same yesterday and i don’t recive the code yet. So i don’t think that works for us

I have a welcome to duelyst email from ages ago but no code for the orbs .
I have a 40% diamond promo mail and no orbs
I don’t have any other emails besides the first one ever for signing up
Chances are you aren’t signed up for e-mail list. If you are signed up then you would have had other e-mails telling you about diamonds sales for example between when you first joined and now, if you have been signed up to the e-mail list for a while.

If you have not received your orbs via e-mail, try reaching out to CS for a hand. They should be able to help you sign up for the newsletter so you don’t miss out on future opportunities like this, and I hear they may have extra orb codes for people who were missed.

Don’t worry, I’ve already contacted support several times after those unfortunate events due to bugs and stuff, and they always were very helpful and nice.

I just create a topic in the section of support of the forum for the orb problems, so if the cs reads that the people in this topic that don’t have recived the orbs probably could have that

Customer support is a tough job, please use their processes and tools, and cheer them up along the way.
