Hey all, by now I’ve had the opportunity to handle some of your issues and wanted to pop my head in to say hello to everybody.
Duelyst is a different game compared to anything I’ve ever supported and it’s been my favorite so far! My main deck is Magmar and I’m sure by now that anybody stuck in Silver has been matched with me. I’m still building my collection up so hopefully I can get to at least Gold this season. I’ve always been a huge fan of card-games and puzzle games so this has been a nice change of pace for me. Some of the forum contests are also something that interest me since I love art and writing!
Feel free to add me in-game but before you send any messages out to me I do have to give you all a quick run-down on what I do:
I Do…
- Collect information concerning various issues that pop up.
- Verify bugs and escalate that information to our QA teams for testing.
- Troubleshoot issues that player’s face and attempt to fix them as soon as possible.
- Track down longstanding issues and try to get updates on them. So if you’re still experiencing a problem, please feel free to send us a ticket here:

I Don’t…
- Have any information on upcoming content.
- Have the ability to make your dreams come true (though I can send requests to the right people).
- Give people cards or diamonds. I wish I could but even I have to grind out my collection.
- Develop or program the game.
- Make any major decisions concerning the game’s direction.
With that being said, any suggestions to help better customer support or the game are always welcome as we are new to your community and still learning some of the deeper intricacies of this game. Rest assured, everyday I’m studying and learning to be better at Duelyst. Very happy we picked up this game!
