Which orb buy? 15 characters

Hi. Im playing for almost 2 years and got a nice collection already.
Im always buying the latest expansion orb, until the next one hits, and buy from it and never go back.
But im not sure now if thats the best i can do with the gold. So, which orb is better to buy? Should i change to Core to gain more spirit?.
Im still getting cards i dont have from Myhtrons Orb and neither got all the legendaries or epics i may want.
For you guys, is it better to continue open orbs from this expansion and getting, eventually, new cards and craft the others with the extra?

If you already have a large collection, there probably is no need for you to go to core orbs other than the high drop rates, but if you buy the Mythron orbs in in 10’s, then once you buy 71 orbs, you can start getting 1200 spirit I believe for every 10 orbs you buy guaranteed by disenchanting the spare mythrons.

If you are not buying the mythron orbs in sets of 10, then I would suggest sticking with core orbs as better drop rates and all.

If you have all the Mythrons (the cards with the green symbol), then every mythron you get from orbs from now on will be disenchantable for a good amount. You get one Mythron every 10 orbs.

I should have add on though, if you will be playing in the future, you will probably want to save up your gold for the next expansion when it comes in 2 months or 3.

What set to buy for a new player?

I used to play duelyst a good bit about 6 monthes ago but never really had any cards, but recently Ive had the money to buy orbs and Ive started getting back into the game. Anyway what set should I buy for Abyssian and Songhai cards I have a few of the really good songhai and neutral cards already but not a lot, Thanks

Yay ! And after doing that, you just have to wait for the update that maybe will allow to disenchant some for the full value. It’s investment for the future
(on the other hand, CPG may go with the “it’s free card, no full refund” speech )

They already nerfed some Mythrons (The Magmar one, I think) and stated they would not be disenchantable for full spirit because they’re freebie cards.
