Wanderer Bug with Demonic Conversion

Description

Opponent played Demonic Conversion early in the game. Later in the game I summoned Mythron Wanderer. My opponent later summoned the creatures he took with Demonic Conversion and they were benefiting from my destiny (they had +1/+1).
