Panthereliquarian is OK but a bit slow these days. I still use Reliquarian as a 1 of for those special occasions, but generally with a few exceptions a 0 mana 8/8 will do you more good on the board than in your hand.
Underrated cards, and what decks you can put them in
mmm I thought that reliquarian was used not as combo but as finisher, while you already have the kitty on board. It seem a waste to keep in your hand just to combo it but then again guess i should play it to have a better idea of it.
You have no idea of the crazy combo potential a good Reliquarian can bring in the right deck and i adore Vespyrquarian for this reason. Having a well set Howling Relic with an Elemental in the background can often mean free pass to bash face without ever having to trade on other mobs.
Besides Lyonar and Songhai, Reliquarian is a nice tool for pretty much everyone.
Upvoted for name.
Probably not underrated anymore, but Tigress. She’s a god tempo play on top of a backline threat not easily dealt with.
Works best in:
-faie
-wanderer kara
-wanderer in general
-argeon
-titan
-hatefurnace, burnhorn
Samples not where tigress isn’t regularly seen:

tigress is the new slasher :^)
Got lucky tbf
Maybe this has changed by now but I’ve found for a long time that people underestimate the Sentinel. It buffs, it kills without damaging and it has a decent statline for a 3-drop. P2T1 Alchemist chained into Sentinel to take out most P1T1 openers is just groovy!
I think this card and BtA see extensive play in Titan as well as Tempo Lyonar. The only Lyonar deck that doesn’t use it is Healyonar but that is for other reasons.
Probably most of you know me already, but I post a new deck almost every week, mostly with fringe cards/interactions So I won’t be listing those here, too hard to choose which ones to repost. Especially with the unrotation, so many cool combos and interactions are still relatively unexplored. I definitely approve increased deck variety in any form, so keep on making the game more fun everyone!

Put them on a spinner, obey its will
Well fine, if I had to choose just one it would probably be this: Dark Memes XV: RaCaChaCa
Your Magmar Rawrs got nothing on Calculator Cadence
With the nerfs to Corona, this is one of the last Vanar stun cards that can stun the enemy general (the others being avalanche and icy). This seems like an underrated card, as it is able to stun up to two units when played directly, and can stun many more when comboed with other stuns which seems decently strong. I decided to try and make a perma-stun deck, where strategy is to stun every single enemy unit on the field.
Rough Draft

why are all vanar decks so expensive
@snowshot @epicflygon thoughts on the strategy and deck?
I don’t play Ice Age but it looks like a worse SadismNar.
Drop the side board - no need for either or these cards.
Your gameplay seems nice but focusing more on building into (what?) And not into driving damage through building into.
My suggestions - no ice age ( even though is quite strong for these reasons).
Ice age is a great card when you ramp into it and able to avoid any combination of damage that will leave you dead after 7 mana worth of damage.
but!!
you have a crazy setting for thorn, no need for shimzar when you can manipulate it and freeze two targets.
i personally will go with something more aggresive following your setting, it will look something like this -
this is a rough sketch that might work - but might need a few tweaks.
using the body and stickiness of most your units and control tools you have i’ll point at sotw as a good finisher, with seraphim you either build to 7 mana, drop seraphim +sotw for 7 and activate all of your units post going face for usually 12 - 18 dmg worth.
if they up to your trick and running away just teleport your beasts into action - a harder line of play yet achievable.
i would always run ice age (or if you like a better tool - embla) in ramp decks that packs at least 6 ramp cards, meaning two 3 of every wisp.
btw - this deck easily could’ve become more expensive XD
got to say that i tried it for a while and found it lacking at few situations.
with ilena that got a really good 3.5 mana minion i’l prefer to include a semi aggressive early to mid game while ramping.
- the lack of razorback (strongest cheap buff for walls) and cryo + shivers/ clound callers feels like running on fumes waiting for enough damage from wincon while baiting with walls.
maybe it is a matter of playstyle though.
(+ if my locke is not in the deck i’m not going no where, almost three years and counting
XD)
Fair assessment. I moved away from razorback and more expensive removal here since the deck loses if it doesn’t have a proactive midgame. Razorback also encourages you to waste walls on sublethal burst, but to each their own.
Like you said, probably mostly a playstyle thing than an actual mistake.
