I don’t think this card is especially terrible. The fact that it increases your damage output is enough in my view to warrant it in some aggro decks (scaling from +2 to +4 to +6 attack buff). Also, if Second Self does work with buffs that disappear at the end of the turn, CoalFist/Swole Pando could be a good card to use in conjunction with a combination of Tuskboar and Second Self.
Edit: The effect is not targetable and its random. Feels a little less great, but I still think the damage boost makes the card at least somewhat viable.

with the nearby Keyword you can be most of the time be very sure which minion you will buff.

Oooooh. This is the card that I’ve been wanting for three expansions now. Somewhat. I literally haven’t thought about how good it is at all yet, but upon first impression it looks like it would slot straight into a board-based aggro deck (think recent Aggro Zirix lists). I’ve had a Zoo Kaleos list resting in my back pocket for months that needs stuff like this.
Now, the evaluation part. As it stands this is basically just if Primus Fist was 4 mana, but the Intensify gives it a lot more potential. The pros:

Very high damage potential. +6 attack for 4 mana with an additional 4/4 body is nothing to sneeze at. As an aggro deck, that means you can deal loads of damage while building board, which is essential for… literally all aggro decks that primarily utilize minions. In total, it adds 12 points of damage to your deck vs 6 points from Primus Fist or even 9 points from Flameblood Warlock / Phoenix Fire.

Even though it’s random, the “Nearby” qualifier means that in most scenarios, it will be the same as using a Primus Fist.

The 4/4 statline is good for dealing damage, but…
The cons:

The 4/4 statline means it gets nuked by almost every blasted card in the game. Combined with the fact that you’re going to want to play this on the frontline, you’re several times more likely to get blown out.

“Random” qualifier means it will be slightly more awkward to play if you have a bigger board. Not too much of an issue, though, since Songhai isn’t known for big boards.

The first time you play this, it might feel iffy. Although yes, it is basically Primus Fist’s 4 mana cousin the first time you play it, Primus Fist is really nice at the 2 mana slot because you can combo it with other minions.

Since it’s “random nearby”, you can’t ramp into it (meaningfully) as P1 T2 unless you have a Juxtaposition or unless you played double 1 drop on T1.
I find this hard to evaluate since it has a new mechanic attached to it. But again, I like the minion-based deck support for Songhai. For reference, here’s the deck I’ve been trying to recreate (this is from 2016 - and it was actually quite good):
I always felt like my recreations didn’t have the cards I needed ( they were all nerfed 
). Coalfist could help me out there.

I commend you for the title of this topic. With the fake spoilers on the forums, I had expected this to be another and was pleasantly reverse trolled. 
The being said, I don’t think this minion is as bad as some people think it is. It ain’t great, but it certainly has uses.

I am…disappointed greatly.
With such a cool sprite, I was going to play no matter how bad his ability is, but I did not foresee this. As others have said, this card is a worse primus fist. There are many things I could point out wrong with this card, but I will just say this:
This card will not see competitive play. Not unless something drastic changes in this upcoming expansion.
Ghost Lightning, Flame Wreath and Pandamonium say hi.
People said he was viable and to avoid family in-fighting the panddo had to disenchantinheirit him.

The Panddo family has a strict tradition of memes to uphold. Actual viability is not acceptable.
