On my first try, he summons a Gauj as hus immortality keeper. RIP
Unbeatable as Sajj due to falcius and zephyr and BBS being unable to be used 
This was quite difficult but a very enjoyable and cool boss, managed to beat him by spamming ranged minions with a few tracers thrown in there.

Yea me too, had to trap Reva on the rear row to make sure she didn’t kill herself.

This little mushroom was quite a pain to deal with. I managed to get to the back in the first few turns using Juxtaposition and used Forcefields to slowly beat him down. Grove Lion, Jux and Mist Walking are all very powerful in this fight.
I really didn’t like this one till after a few tries then I began to enjoy it. I ended up winning because forcefield is OP when you have it on Grandmaster Zir. Play Prism Barrier on Zir before Argeon dies and you will have a free forcefield each turn. Coupled with Dawn’s Eye you have a whopping 10 ATK. Scintilla in the back line to keep you at full hp helps too. Looking forward to the next ones!

took me a few tries, but when i played my cassy variax deck the stars aligned and i beat it easily. fiends in all spaces around zendo makes it really easy and kelaino keeps you alive while you wait.

Very difficult, but I managed to beat it with tons of ranged minions + day watcher with Kaleos.

I tried that but never drew into Variax at all even after drawing something like 25+ cards. So changed decks and went to a Growmar deck to eventually beat it.
I didn’t enjoy fighting the boss at all and just felt very frustrated because of the amount of times he drew or replaced into the right card at the right time to win just before I could.

i didn’t think it was possible, but this boss is even less fun than the last one.

I might be an outlier but I beat him on my first attempt (blind). Just picked my Ziran deck I’m currently laddering with to see what the boss was about. Dropped a sunforge lancer and proceeded to buff myself. Ended with something like 24 attack. Two scintillas to keep me alive. Shinkage went into top deck mode and my general kept killing whatever he played. I left minions outside of creeptile range and when I had 20 damage on board, I just went in for the kill. Even with the easy battle I like the idea behind the boss.

Finally Excelsius helped me achieve something… I tried with 4 other factions with no luck. First try with Ziran = win.
I can acknowledge that this boss is very hard unless you find something that works. For me, it was a lot of healing and Excelsius to end the game

Got it on my 1st try with Ziran too, and I don’t even have lancers (nor I play Ziran on the ladder). I think the trick to beat this boss is a lot of heals, control the board and block your path to the enemy general (unless you have a lot of atk and health on your hero) until you can and the game with a big minion (divine bond should help a lot too).
Definitely tough. I can’t seem to be able to counter his plays fast enough and by the time I get close enough to being able to kill him, he plops a bladeseeker on my general 
. Interesting concept, I’m glad that CP’s able to showcase some of the creative juices they hold back with these boss battles
