Desribe the issue:
AFter having the “old browser” issue (this is a pre-existing issue so it’s probably already being looked into), I double tap and swipe up on the app to close it only to find this:
It goes back to my normal home screen after clicking to home button again, but I was wondering if this was an issue with the app or my personal phone.
