I really like quotes because they can give you wisdom, help you when you are down, motivate you, make you feel better about life in general.

I have seen a lot of quotes and there are a lot I like but especially 2 stand out to me.

  • “Love needs to be like water so that it flows down to the bottom of your heart and fills you up”

this one I found it when I was reading a book, it’s not exactly how I found it cause I don’t remember it but that’s the gist of it.

  • “Life is always moving like a machine and constantly changing like a shapeshifter, so update yourself, upgrade yourself, but never forget your core for that is what makes one into a fortress”

this one is made by me (quite the ego, huh), originally I made it, to motivate someone I knew that was escaping his life problems by playing games.

So share with me what are you guys favorite quotes and why. They can be motivational, romantic, etc.

If you don’t want to share then its also fine, either way, I’m going to try to post a quote per day to motivate people in whatever situation they are facing, so let’s do it.

Its not an inspiring quote, but its one that is worth being reminded of, for whenever you are in an argument chain on the internet and its going no where.

Out of all my catchphrases over the years, the best one was

This seems bad an nihilistic but on second thought its actually very encouraging, because its a way to instill bravery onto people- life is limited, and short, so do you what you like mang, being bound by fear is one of the worst ways one could live their lives, so the thought that death is real is unmasked from villainous to liberating.

I also liked Mistrust what you believe, ask yourself who you are! in EYE, and similarly, its iconic Mistrust your mentor

i learned to be less shy by forcing myself to talk to people in MMOs

I don’t really like quotes, since the short space is too big a limitation for many of the more complex ideas.
