2 times in a row, I replaced 1 card in my hand. I have only one copy of it.
And I get it back each time I replace it …
They were 20-25 cards left in my deck. So 1/400 - 1/625 that happens …
But they are no RNG …

This thread is a bit like going in a bar and saying there is someone drinking coke. Sometimes things are not as one expects.
As for your topic, you have to make a difference between ‘replace’ (which is the replacing you do every turn) and ‘mulligan’ (which is the one-time ‘replace’ you do at the start of the game). Only the mulligan can return copies of the same card. A Replace at any other point will not return the same card unless it is the only card in your deck.

I can already tell that this is bullshit. Cards never replace into themselves; I say we should ask for a replay. Which he would never give us for reasons unknown.

Here’a a tip; if you actually want help, then try to sound at least a bit more agreeable.
If you just want a place to express your anger, then don’t target it at people who have done nothing to harm you. Go punch a pillow or something.
Someone did some calculations a while back and determined that the replace/draw thing happens about once every 4 games (can’t remember the exact number). I might figure out the probability of what happened to you, but your attitude makes me unwilling to do anything but derail this topic again.

I know its not about the replace draw “bug” but I did calculate the chance of opening flash sunsteel and it was every 4 games with a 25.10% chance.
[Anecdotally, I got around 30% Flash - Sunsteel starts while playing Decimus/Fangs Combohorn for a month over 117 games (mostly as player 1) - so apparently I was above average!]

Sometimes you end up replacing into another copy of the card though.
I can’t provide a replay because it only happens like once every 5 million years.
OP man over here might’ve Mirrorim’d whatever he’s complaining about or something.
Or he could be partially blind and playing Songhai. A lot of their spells look the same if you squint really hard.
