If friends here are going to play Legend of Runeterra, I’d be very glad to add you in that game.

It seems like a nice game

After running around in circles for a few days without finding anything close to Duelyst, I settled for “a card game”. Well if you put the board and tactics requirement away, Legend of Runeterra has nifty art, seems like a decent CCG, and hosts some alternate-reality clones of the concepts I liked in Duelyst.

What did you think about Mythgard?

I haven’t played it, because of the first impression it gave me: Shadowrun-themed MTG in the Riviera Live Draft variant.
Everything about this description is kind of positive, but also kind of “I played that already”.

I picked up LoR because it’s got the automatic mana growth of Duelyst, faction identities in the spirit of Duelyst… The only elements missing are a 5x9 board and a Boronian. :wink:

And it is good to know that some friends are there already!

I’m for sure gonna try it. Side note: is there mill in the game of any playable level? I’d play regardless but just curious?

Are servers split in regions like League?

Not 100% sure. I assume it is. As the game is probably as big, if not bigger, than HS in terms of player population. So it makes sense for LoR to have different servers at least.

I just tested to challenge from EUR to NA with @deathsadvocate but we couldn’t match.
DA has previously managed to challenge someone else not in the same region though, so it might have been a fluke between us tonight.

Question is still open.

Or the fluke may have been the other case / my fault memory and it was just different timezones.

Fingers crossed it is just a bug though.

Will probably check this out… somewhere within the next two years :sweat_smile: I really doubt I’m ever going to find a game where I’d take the effort to put so much time in again :confused:

After reading that a name was taken I created an account today. I am Boronian#moc. Not sure when I will play though, sometime in March I assume :man_shrugging:
