I probably missed something.
I create a new abyssian deck without any Shim’zar card but it is unavailable in ladder mode.
What’s the problem?

Ok. Solved. One of my spell was in Shim-zar.
To see cards availables, check standards cards in collection options.
I have a few desk that does not show up in the ladder while there is no Shim’zar card in it.
I was able to fix most of them by exporting them and reimporting them.
Also, some cards are now orphan, meaning they are not in any set, but still are in your collection; like Sunstone templar.
The problem is with that situation is that it is difficult to find out why your deck is not available in ladder, because when you filter by set you can’t tell right away what is wrong.
It would be great if you could have the cards not part of the current collection filter in a deck highlighted in red or something.
I find that the standard cards only filter on the search option to be sufficient
