So, there are a bunch of super-exciting tournaments being discussed right now and I’m bummed because I can’t commit to sitting down and playing for any particular 2-3-hour stretch.*
I want to run a casual tournament that caters to people like me. We could use a round robin format where you have a window (say a week) to play as many of the other participants as you can/want. We can set up the points system so that it rewards people who play more games, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t manage to play everyone else. And we can pick some arbitrary rule to stop people from playing the same metadecks that we all see on ladder and have feelings about. I suggest highlander, but it could be anything (e.g. budget/no spells/all-neutral etc.).
Reply or message me, or add me in game (Diplodoraptor) if you’re interested - if enough people are, we can talk specifics. I’d like to get something up and running by Sunday. And if there’s interest, it could be a weekly thing.
