How to get oversized decks

Bug Report Details

Steps to Reproduce:

1. create deck in bagoum with 1x or 2x of some cards
2. import deck in game
3. deck must have less than 40 cards either through small deck in deckbuilding or not having the cards when importing
4. import deck again
5. deck adds cards in code until 3x has been reached

note: deck is as unplayable as undersized decks so its not actually much of a problem
