Playing with a laptop Windows 10, 64 bits.
Intel Core i5 3230M.
Intel Graphics 4000.
4 GB for RAM.
Problem was at Steam.
As you can see, the game was running to the oponent only, not me, he just was playing while I was stucked for… I don’t know. I thought that could be a cheat or something, or just a glitch. I also have a video showing the problem much better, those images below is taken from that video.
