The game is constantly freezing during gameplay and/or having trouble when trying to reconstruct the game (I’d close and reopen the app in an effort to reboot the game). I know it’s not my network that’s the issue since I have stable connection. I’ve been using soundcloud while playing Duelyst only phone, but I’m experiencing the issues even after closing SoundCloud. Anyone else having this problem?

I have the same problems playing at home at my computer (native client - not steam client) since the last patch. I reported a player to CPG to be a possible cheater because of a disconnect right after concede some days ago. They answered that server issues could be the reason of the disconnects.
Since the Patch I have the disconnects over and over again. Some times it’s possible to reconnect to the battle “only” losing one turn or so (which means losing the battle). Sometimes not. I had the luck reaching Diamond in spite of everything in some few games and with a winstreak (I was shortly before Rank 5 when the Patch came out) but I stopped playing then - hoping for a fix.
Yesterday I tried again if something went better. I played 4 games, had no disconnects but lags over and over again so playing was no fun.
Yea, I’m experiencing similar problems on the mobile version, like during an opponent’s turn they suddenly freeze and I have to tap the screen in order for them to do their stuff so that way it can go to my turn.
Same thing for on my turn but it only slows me down a little.

I believe i’be found the issue that’s causing this! If you have several apps open at the same time (background not Duelyst) then your game is more likely to freeze. I was using SoundCloud during a match and after I closed it and started a new match, I found it to not freeze at all! Devs, is there any plausible way to address this or is the strain still too much for the system to be running Duelyst and another app at the same time?!

I couldn’t download the game through TestFlight, after clicking on the “Update” button nothing happened. I accidentally pressed the “Stop testing” button, or something like that. I can’t restart the download, the code that was sent to my e-mail is not active. What should I do?
I rescind my previous statement, having multiple apps in the background seems to not be the issue as I had just experienced two disconnects despite Duelyst being the only app open (sucks since I had a winning play the last turn too). Once again i tried to close the app and reconnnect to the game. It worked on tbhefirst disconnect, but the second (keep In Mind that this is in one game) it brought me to the quest screen without giving me the option to reconstruct the game.
My proposition is that the battery has a huge impact on the connection of the game (how, I’m not sure) seeing as I was at 45% low energy mode while not plugged in.
I’m playing on the iPhone 6 with IOS 10.2 installed (10.3’s available, but I haven’t installed it yet).
I hope you guys can find a solution to the problem.
