thats not a bug.

there are 3 zones vanar has to know
starting side of board, center column, and enemy side of board
these do not overlap
avalanche doesnt affect the center column where ragnora was standing
if you had used glacial fissure, it would have hit him, but nothing in avalanche range or infiltrate range
