I’m happy to see a new art contest, but I have some questions.

1. Can I draw my entries on paper and then color them with a digital program?
2. Does the coloring program have to be Microsoft Paint? I have a Mac, and thus don’t own that program.

1. As long as it matches the doodlying style of “MSPaint” this should be fine
2. Does not have to be MSPaint, just MSPaint “style” (that’s why we put this at the top)
