Dear Support Team, since yesterday 6 pm i am infrequently able to log into my Duelyst account from both the Steam and the Standalone Client. When i am able to enter my account and try to enter the Ladder i get either stuck on the pair up screen or i face issues during the match where the game doesnt process the data quick enough to make me able to play anything in a normal fashion. Animations drag on or get skipped. The rope appears out of nowhere and jumps and gets stuck multiple times. I also got this issue reported to me by a fellow German Player. Please take a look into it.
