I’ve often though and discussed with friends, what if Variax was a neutral minion? What if all generals could gain a unique awesoome bbs? (that still cost 3 mana) I’d be interested in learning what ideas people have for this concept. Here are mine:
Vanar
Faie- Summon a warbird nearby your general.
Warbird 2/1 token
Flying, Celerity, Rush. After this minion moves, deal 2 damage to all enemies on this column.
Kara- Give all allied minions +1/+1. Minions summoned this turn gain +5/+5 instead.
Ilena- Choose a friendly minion, all surrounding enemies are stunned.
Magmar
Vaath- For this turn your general gains- Whenever your general destroys an enemy minion, it gains attack and health equal to that of the destroyed minion.
Starhorn- Deal damage to the enemy general equal to the number of cards in their action bar. Both players draw two cards.
Ragnora- Spawn a Silithar Kinmaster egg nearby your general. All eggs summoned until the end of your next turn are Silithar Kinmaster eggs.

Cyphron- The attack of all enemy minions becomes two less. (This is permanent)
Songhai
Kaelos- Teleport an allied minion anywhere and give it +4/+2 and backstab (2)
Reva- Summon 3 widowmakers on random spaces nearby your general with deadly. (death seal strike effect)
Shidai- Give a friendly minion backstab (10) this turn/Teleport your general to any space/draw to fill your action bar at the end of your turn/teleport an enemy minion to any space. (the spell costs 0)
Lyonar
Argeon- Give a nearby friendly minion +2 attack, forcefield and celerity
zir’an- Restore all friendly minions to full hp. If they are already full, overheal them.
Brome- Summon an ironcliff guardian in front of your general
