So basically, I have six sets of three rares (darkfire sacrifice, shadowdancer, celebrant, flameblood warlock, golem metallurgist, and sojourner), but I haven’t unlocked any sisters? What to do?

Can't get Sworn Sisters
You need six sets of rares that are either from a single faction or neutral to unlock the corresponding sisters. You will need 2 more sets of neutral rares to unlock L’kian and 4 more sets of abyssian rares to unlock Kelaino.
