After opening the duelyst beta app, I saw the message in the screenshot and could not go on to the next menu.
So I thought it is bug so played duelyst with steam. After logging into steam account, duelyst beta app ran smoothly except that it freezes when I click the ‘Quests’ in the main menu.

Have the same issue, but it just freezes up at
rather than going to an error screen for quests. Did you have any other apps In The background, because that seems to heavily effect the apps usability (I had SoundCloud on in the background)

Nope, I don’t have any apps running background. Refreshing(holding the power button until power switch is on and keep pushing home button until power switch is gone) also did not solve the problem.
p.s. I found that the error screen keeps appearing whenever the system accesses to Quests e.g. the moment of completing the quest. After logging in with Steam, it is fixed but this is inconvenient.
Update fixed the problem. Topic closed
