I noticed the new Vanar Card Aspect of Ego doesn’t preserve active state of targeted minion. The newly transformed minion is always exhausted. Normally every transformation effects (Aspect of the fox, Flawless reflections, Aspect of the bear etc) with exception of Aspect of Shim’zar all preserve the active state of the minion.
I’m wondering if this is a bug or an exception in the new Expansion

You coud just report it to support, and they will answer.
It also cannot transform into ‘any’ minion of the same mana, as it states. Some minions just aren’t in the pool it seems, and it’s very arbitrary and random.

It’s inconsistent with the way all other transformation cards work so it definitely sounds like a bug.
Technically it’s impossible to prove, since you can just say it’s really, really bad RNG, but Hsuku tested on stream for several hours with 8 drops to see if Revenant would retain Rush and never pulled a single Revenant OR Embla, despite playing it dozens and dozens of times and there only being 11 8 drops in the game.
With enough samples you can get statistically significant evidence that it’s buggy, but I guess it’s easier to just give a heads-up to CPG!
