A client freezes just after game start

Description:

I came to freeze with a screen after the game start after installing a game client for standalone again and was not able to play a game. Please tell me the improvement method.

※I use a translation tool, a sentence may be unnatural.

Windows 10 Pro (64bit,Ver:1803,Bulid:17134.48)

System Specs:

CPU:AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.20GHz

Bug Report Details

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Click LOG IN on the login screen of BANDAI NAMCO, the game client will stop responding with One moment … displayed.


  2. Check the task manager, the CPU usage rate of Duelyst.exe is running around 50%, and the memory usage rate continues to change from 500 MB to 1 GB.

  3. Restart the game client, it will freeze with the screen “Loading This may take a moment” displayed.

I think that logging in of the account to BANDAI NAMCO has been completed and that problems have occurred in the subsequent game starting process.

You can log in from the web client (https://play.duelyst.com/register) and play the game.

The problem seems to occur only in standalone version and Steam version client.

This bug has occurred about half a year ago, and even if you reinstall the game client many times, it will not fix it.
