Likely the case. The screenshot doesn’t show it, but he was completely boxed by Sarlacs before I used the last Blood Echoes. I think he was still below 10 at that point though.

bound tormentor is pretty good. phantasm is great. the new vespyr cards are fun (wind sister is finally useful with ambush)
