I’m not old, per se. I am part of the generation where those early technologies were on the way out but the new stuff was too expensive for most. Also, my parents were older than typical parents when I came along, so I had access to older tech and learned to us it.

I tried to do a bunch of math with the yooka laylee kickstarter and working with average costs of making a game back then to estimate the costs, but
All that math made my head spin, so we can’t really do that
The kickstarter is our only real lead
Although I could change the thesis to "Microsoft shouldn’t have bought rareware"
