what if i want to run more than one

I really hate this card, not because it is so OP because dispel or hard removal kills it, but because it just gives Magmar one more answer or die card. This on Terradon is going to make me rage quit if I don’t draw the necessary removal or even worse, a backlined Phalanxar and this.

The reactions of the people here are fun :slight_smile: The card is bad, because Grow is bad! It’s weak to dispell, hard removal and I has no immediate impact on the board.

It will look OP in Silver and horrible in Diamond. It can probably fit some decks in Gold if more Grow support is coming

On paper, it looks overpowered. After thinking things through, I’m not sure. It’s another rather pointless addition in Magmar’s arsenal of ā€œanswer or get fucking obliteratedā€ cards, but such were never too intimidating when cards like Ephemeral Shroud is neutral.

A better question would be, does the grow mechanic trigger the Magmar Mythron Trail? If so, then all Magmar really needs is to make a grow deck and bam, OP.

I’m sure that’s a no. Magmar’s Mythron requires a spell to buff the minions.

short answer it’s a type of AI that uses a bunch of neurons (some set of values) connected to each other to guess a bunch of things.

there’s a special type of neural network that can write in a specific style of writing by making it read a bunch of texts (and that’s WITHOUT making it learn english, or whatever language).

you can expect it to make cards like this.

I missed the grow :man_facepalming:…imagine if this card were:give a minion +8/8

Then count how many daily magmar neef threads we would get
Throw it on dagger kiri-> 10/16 celerity
On tiger it is 11 dmg and leaves a huge body

This is such a bad card,if Moloki was still around it might be decent.Even if a minion survives to actually grow one of the many hard removal and dispel will deal with it.

I agree it’s bad in more competetive divisions, but early players will cry…

Agree.
They could print Grow +32/+32 (for example) and it would still be bad because the one and only Grow-enabler card is being ā€œrotated outā€.
