Well, to be fair, I never thought it was a bad card but I didn’t expect to see it as a necessary inclusion in a now meta defining deck.
Although I think Phantasm is more responsible for that deck than Desolator is. Desolator is simply a means of pushing abyssian’s new aggro obsession while also helping them survive to see its strategy come to life against a bad match-up.
