He pulls some cards over some of the time and other cards over at other times, if he pulls you over with your bloodtear its fine, but if he doesn’t that’s also fine. Read in exxagerated european voice.

Seriously though

Does she seem like she is looking for more friends or even a romantic partner at this point in life? Do you think you will be happy after you become friends with her, given what you know about her?

If you really believe that this friendship is something that will benefit you both, then go for it! Throw yourself out there! What traits / interests do you have that make people want to be your friend?

Also, humour works wonders in awkward social situations.

she has 1 friend and they argue all the time, she tells people she only hangs out with her so she doesnt have to sit alone at lunch, so im guessing she might be open to having more friends

Best relationship/life advice I can give?

  1. People are people, whether you’re hitting on them or not. Don’t be too nice to them as that’s incredibly creepy.
  2. Never ever ever ever give a straight compliment. That creates so much tension. Always follow the compliment up with a joke or turn it into a joke to release tension.

Also, the friendzone doesn’t exist. It’s 100% the they don’t want to be rude zone.

Nah, the friend zone does exist. Yes, girls can reject you in a passive way like that, but the friend zone is more like really likes to talk to you, open up to you, tell you about all their problems, trust you and cry on your shoulder, but at the end of the day they are in the bed of another dude because they “just don’t see you that way”.
