Is kaido expert anything other than pack filler?
This thread's title has finally been decided on
Amaranthine wizard Brome
Let the Crestfallen be reborn.
3 mana 2/2=pack filler
I’m trying to use Prominence and War Exorcist with it. At this point, I don’t care about winning with the deck; I just want to see that sick 8 minion Amaranthine proc.
Like it can only pull minions with equal value and dies to all aoe. I don’t understand why it exists. It’s actually worse than kaido assassin. Since it doesn’t pull rush and can’t survive a non backstab trade.
You can read all about my thoughts on the card in this thread.
Just ctrl+f and type in KE3 to find it since the post is very long.
Do you not own Jax!?
Also to continue on about the mali convo: Aspect of Ego is just really strong but underplayed every other 4 drop except fizzling has a better body and you’re still getting rid of the negatives.
Turns out with this carf tempoing it out as p1 on p2 is a strong play because you force your oppenent to play 3 drops. Even if they answer it its fine.
There’s a great Youtube video analyzing and reviewing this cereal. The entire channel is devoted to reviewing cereal, and every video is wildly entertaining for some unknown reason.
Guys, I just wanted to share this video with you. The reason why is because listening to it, I found myself agreeing a lot with what the presenter says primarily constantly spending my time checking the forums for new stuff. It is almost an addiction to be honest.
Maybe some of you have the same urges for the forums and social media feeling compelled every time it crosses your mind to check it. In any case, this video helped me understand myself and the things I do better.
I wildly agree. I am indeed, addicted to the internet. I procrastinate a lot, and I check the forums too much. However, I am happy to say I managed to overthrow my addiction to another gaming forum I used to be a part of, a community much more toxic and immature than here. I felt like I posted there too much, and realized that it wasn’t healthy for my psyche because all I did there was fighting and starting arguments.
As for the Duelyst forums, I don’t feel an immediate issue. I genuinely enjoy the human interactions I have here and do have a legitimate passion for the actual game. Besides, I don’t do any other kinds of social media, most of which I consider much less fruitful.
There is validation in his arguments, but these largely apply to a particular people. I myself use facebook as a means of providing individuals I know IRL a means of finding me should we lose connection or wish to reestablish it. You meet many people throughout your life and make connections with them, but sometimes (especially for an introvert such as myself) these bonds can be neglected and drift away. Admittedly, I will check in on what my friends are saying but I do not use it to share anything publicly.
Those that use Facebook as a means of validating themselves or their ego, or use it as their primary source of information (be it news or social) are the ones who have fallen into the trap.
The forums, are kind of a different story. This place doesn’t try to trap you, since it doesn’t generate ad revenue. You could make an argument for the ‘like’ system however, since it’s a positive feedback loop that encourages you to participate more. The main reasons for staying here and being active are: one, people enjoy the game and sharing their experience with it (or… the opposite, which is not healthy). Two, they enjoy the community and their place within it. I largely fall under the latter, but I still play and enjoy the game so I do talk about it when I feel my word is a contribution.
The big part is to not make these social platforms (of all types) into an obsession. It’s natural to worry about what others think about you or how they react to what you say. However, do not ever let this manipulate you into neglecting yourself or other aspects of your life. That is where the unhealthy part of all social media comes from.
I don’t think there is a single part of this which I couldn’t say that I share.

Sajj is meta now.
Its not really just a Facebook thing, its an internet thing. The main problem in my opinion isn’t really the amount of time people spend on doing whatever their are doing on the internet. Its usually the fear of confrontation and disagreement. A lot of people will just cut out, ignore or shout down other people who disagree with them and their views. Which in turn starts creating a microcosm around themselves, which can often turn into an echo chamber of people just agreeing with them and liking/enjoying whatever that person says, shares, likes etc. This kinda traps people because people enjoy feeling that they are in the right or that others agree with them, which things such as liking and sharing creates. But this simply doesn’t happen IRL, when you express your opinions or views. Of course on the flip side its not good for people to just be arguing and fighting instead, which is why you should try to balance them out. Or maybe better yet, just take regular breaks away from the internet altogether and do more IRL things.
Its more fun and fulfilling creating memories from things you have done IRL than on the internet. But then again, it could be just me.
Basically, can we get a way to see the twitch countdown? It’s pointless to watch streams every two days since there’s an unranked mode, and doubly so if you dont get rewards because of the timer.
Going against a trial lyonar for the 6th time in a row has made me seriously think about harming myself.
I have no idea how I can stop the tilt, I can’t even play anymore.
I have seen more variance in full power faie format.
Why does this deck exist.
use the trial cancel bug man
I really dont wamt to use the bug but I might.
