Who else is really excited for Ixalan? I’m planning on making a black and white Vampire list, focusing on death combos with Bloodcrazed Paladin, Stay-out-of-the-Sun Titan (Bishop of Rebirth), Voladern Pariah, and Bloodthorne Vampire.

In other news, I’m still stuck in Silver.

EDIT: Nevermind, we lose Shadows over Innistrad and Eldritch Moon in the rotation. Oh well, I’m sure I can dig up some nice synergies elsewhere.

I personally don’t like Jace, he (and Gideon) are really too much of Mary Sues for my tastes. Not looking forward to a whole block’s lore focusing on him. On the upside though Vraska is p cool.

Jace has grown on me since the Origins set. Gideon, however is my least favorite planeswalker by far.

Of the main five, Chandra > Nissa >> Jace > Liliana >>>>> Gideon
Dack Fayden is still my favorite walker otherwise, with shoutouts to Elspeth (rip) and Tamiyo.
