Wasn’t sure where to put this but just curious, did anybody else know that hailstone prison breaks sentinels cause it just broke my doweger?

I mean you get a 3/3 token sentinel back in hand, what else did you expect?

Tbh didn’t think about it till I didn’t see it trigger. Just feels weird. Cause building sent back still build if I’m not mistaken, so why have it different for sentinels.

Here is my guess.
Each building minion has a different corresponding building token. So when you have a building token you can easily find the building minion.

Sentinels on the other hand have one token shared between 3 different sentinel minions. If you look at the sentinel token you can’t tell which of the 3 sentinel minions it corresponds to without extra ‘hidden info’ to link minion to token. This ‘hidden info’ is removed when you return to hand leaving a vanilla token. Maybe somehow similar to how buffs get removed when you return the minion to hand.

Also sentinels just have weird discoverable interactions .
