I’m so tempted to click disenchant all extras and remove 20ish Serpentis from my collection.

I went with a XP Pen Deco02, excellent size to price ratio. It should be in the mail tomorrow. We’ll see how it goes.

Edit a day later: Yep. It’ a fun piece of hardware.

I am curious about your opinion about this:how would you balance a tactical RPG where there are hundreds of different party-compositions players can have with wildly different skillsets and overall powerlevels?

I thought this month was July and June was after, damn it. I guess I will dump Tiananmen memes later anyways.

But how can you dump memes for something that never happened? :thonk:

Random nighttime thoughts: what happens when you play a trial deck and steal another trial? For example, we already know that Strategos trial can be stolen with Bound Tormentor. Would it be possible to play Xor followed by a stolen Strategos from Tormentor (Gor, Sarlac and Lili’s bbs should give enough procs for the second trial) for undying minions which also promote at the end of turn :thonk: Someone has probably already tested this tho.

Random morning thought: The Night King raises dead. Well any necromancer just raises human deads (with the occasional big animal). Why can’t they raise the rest? Where are the armies of undying birds, moles, wasps?

Heck, if I was an evil necromancer overlord, my first priority would be raising zombie bacterias and undying viruses.

Interesting. A lot of the necromancers i see in lit is usually just fancy bone telekinesis(wow that sounds wrong) though xD And if they really were that powerful they pretty much just do a bone tsunami or throw bone boulder (wow that sounds wrong)

idk, zombie bacteria that kills things wouldn’t be my priority of if I had the Z-virus at hand, which would let me create soldiers out of my oppponent’s resources.
Still, you’d be happy to know that the Zerg has used a somewhat similar tactic  Kerrigan planted some parasitic eggs in a hostage, released the hostage, hatched the eggs when the hostage was inside the enemy ship, and then took over by killing everyone. Actually pretty much anyone with control over zombies or zed-likes just love to encourage the spread of the virus (e.g. Prototype series)

the easy way to find out is to just check your general if he/she has the trial progress tag. Iirc TNoa did say trial-destiny applies to stolen minions. though i have to say this makes me extra curious if the trial stacks. For example, what if we mirrorim xor xull or Strategos? will their effect proc twice?
I don’t think we’d even need to perform the trial again since it’s tagged as completed already.

well i tried it in practice and strategos sucks  I mirrorim-lifestreamed a strategos but the minions only get promoted once. Though i did find it interesting that stragegos copies are also unaffected by the promote. i was expecting the strategi to promote each other.

(M - {Strategos_1}) U (M-{Strategos_2})
something like that

I’m sure that different trials can work together but you can’t repeat the same trial.

It would make sense this way (same trial indeed doesn’t stack), but has anyone actually tested this? Would be kinda cool, although chances of it ever working on the ladder would be pretty minimal :stuck_out_tongue:

it’d be so cool, if only there was a lilithe sentinel trial decklist xD we could test this on ladder
