Y’know, its him…that guy. I forget his name but I think he existed once. He’s back probably, maybe, I don’t know. Anyways, what was I talking about?
The Purification Crusade
You can say that Seraphicreaper was a very active forum-goer from times before you or Phoenixtoasches joined the forums.
She’s actually incredibly strong, just DO can’t build her for shit.
Really? I only managed to find one playable Sajj deck so far. I am very interested in other good Sajj decks, could you share your decklists?
Yeah, when I get up.
Falcy ain’t too good anymore. 4 mana pushes it a bit too high for it’s power spot of early board control. At 4 mana, you’re looking to exploit board control, not gain it.
I don’t mean to sound to harsh here, but all of those decks are ascension Sajj decks that were made in the beginning of UP before the meta had even settled. After the meta settled and everybody quit playing the goofy decks Ascension Sajj had an advantage against it took a big blow to its viability. The recent nerf to NoSE dosen’t help the archetype at all either.
Also Phayze correctly pointed out that Falcius is no longer the power card he once was, he is so bad now that there isn’t even a reason to run him in Sajj anymore.
According to Kolos the meta is solved with in the first few hours, not many people dropped the deck because nobody plays it to begin with, Sajj is still really good, just underused and a little bit feast or famine.
Ascendion sajj is pretty jank still, but at leat sajj has a deck archetype besides a small unsupported combo package.
Ascension sajj isnt that good, janky combo deck.
When it goes off its amazing highroll, but that requires a good amount of luck.
I have to disagree here, Sajj no longer has the winrates she had on the release of UP. Even before the NoSE nerf her winrate plummeted as soon as everybody quit playing Mythrons and went back to their regular decks.
It’s not bad but only fairly good, there is definitely a build out there that makes the deck more consistent.
I have experimented with making the deck a tempo deck that will eventually go off but I haven’t figured out the ratios.
Wait… NoSE got nerfed?
They made him cost 6 mana instead of 5.
Its the best sajj has had in awhile but its janky and very low t2 at best, and mid t3 at worst. That said, rn artifact removal is finding less and less places in decks, so I predict ascension sajj and artihai to be more successful when people realize this
That is fine imo, curving him out and already have enough artifacts equiped to fly was wayy too uncommon.
Beastclad hunter takes no damage from Kujata. Neat.
That makes sense since Kujata has less attack than Beastclad. I bet if you buff Kujata with Greater Fortitude he will be able to damage him.
Yeah, it does make sense. It just wasn’t what i thought of when reading the text. Is there a way to abuse this sort of thing?
Krater?
Nah, it’s just a neat little interaction.
