It’s the ‘Unit Skins by an Owl’ thread. Check your browser, the link appears to be fine.

But if you search for the thread the instructions are in there, I can’t copy paste because it’s hidden text.

To make your own units you just go to the same file, take the base unit png and make a recolored version in a photo editor.

Aha!, got it. When using gimp I noticed it saves it as a different file type. Not .png.
Is there a way to save as .png?
