I can’t access my Duelyst account.
I lost my account password and the BNAE automated system can’t help me because the support pages don’t exist for the EU version of their website so I keep getting redirected home. The mods here can’t/won’t help me and I haven’t gotten a response from BN so far. Is anyone else experiencing something like this?
Essentially when I linked my Duelyst account the system created an EU account for me, which is unsupported. When I use the ‘forgot password?’ recovery option I can’t access the proper page because I’m in the EU, so the website redirects me home. So I don’t have a BNAE account I can access because it seemingly both does and doesn’t exist and I can’t get help from the Duelyst side of things because of legal reasons.
Can I get a volunteer in the US to PM me so I can give them my email address and they can request a password reset for me (or advice on how to access the .com instead of the .eu version of BN’s site)? I don’t know how long Bandai Namco will take before they decide to help me so I thought I’d try to take matters into my own hands. If I can get into my account again maybe I can get the link sorted properly, and at least play the game.
