I'm @alplod and I'm being kicked out of the game by BN

Well, not much I can do to help you - except add another voice saying that this HAS to be resolved to everybody’s satisfaction. And by that, I mean PLAYER satisfaction because a game without players is dead.

I must say, I had expected swifter action.

That is, maybe it has happened of course without it being reflected here.

Alplod’s last post is 15h ago and a lot can have happened in that time.

We could go a bit easier on devs and community persons. It’s the weekend, and everybody needs some rest from time to time.

Let’s see what happens when the week starts.

Hey guys. Just noticed some really interesting issue.

Duelyst cannot be found in Steam for me. If using the direct link I get a message(in Russian): “This game is not available in your region”.

I can still download the standalone client as always.

Some serious sh*t is going on there.

P.S. Looking from what is happening, it’d be no surprise for me if I won’t be able to download standalone client when some time passes)

Hope its just some inconsistency inside Namco. If this is some political and legal issues …:disappointed_relieved:

That sounds outragous, exspecialy considering I have some freinds from Russia who can play the game without any problems.

I clicked the link and I play through steam always anyways and I’m from Europe (not Russia), but what do you think would happen if I click that link? It just leads me to the Steam storepage.

For me this link leads here:

In Russian it’s written with orange letters: “Данный товар недоступен в вашем регионе.”
Rough translation is:
“This game is not available in your region.”

Okay, from what I know, the majority of the devs are off on the weekends (for work/life balance), which is why there hasn’t been a response yet.

Yep yep, surprised no one else besides @aplod has written here about this. As it seems, I have the exact same problem: (area: Finland)

  1. Returned from a holiday, and tried to log in using my credentials. Didn’t remember the password to my BN account, because I have used it like once and it’s been a while since.
  2. Same problem, the “reset password” button immediately redirects me to the EU page. Can’t reset password via the EU page, because I only got the US account.

Was it you @nwardezir who prophesied earlier that something like this might happen? Damn. This is just utterly ridiculous :smiley:

Yes I did, before the expansion, and the day of launch, first reply on the account linking thread.
It’s a so common issue, I’m not even surprised.
My job is done here :slight_smile:

Could you expand on your history/knowledge of this having been a potential problem? Curious, cuz I would have had no reason to suspect any issue in anything along these matters.
