The goal is to summon Ghoulie with 3 Fireblaze Obelisks, Silver, metal claw, Kindling (by Blue Conjurer) and Nosh Rak on board and buff it with spells?

Nope Ghoulie is technically a battle pet so you can activate it with Sol and that 2 mana songhai spell which activates battle pets, you play tons of buffs and do lots of damage.
