I did mean just have Day Watcher on field. Not using the Day Watcher to attack. For both cases.
The number of proc is the same for my single Day Watcher scenario. A healing opening gambit for an extra attack. A lone Lion doesn’t heal. So more situational healing.
For the Lion to get more heal procs you either:
- Have the Lion attack twice the next turn as well (after healing/buffing Lion and not getting killed)
- Have 2 or 3 Day Watchers on the field.
So looking only at number of heal procs Lions look much more situational.
I am just looking at the healing aspect. You might still want Lions in your deck for other reasons. Like its reach. Lions are also better on first turn since a healing opening gambit is wasted.
The main difference is Sunriser and Lancer can proc their effects on the same turn they are summoned. So they did something even if removed.
Do try experimenting though. See what works for you and good luck
