Here’s a replay of a list I made based on an idea Deathsadvocate gave me. The trick is to play 4 tempest at 8 mana.

What is best deck for a newish player to use - my creep deck is the obvious choice but I only have 1 obliterate and 1 klaxon.

Is there a way Magmar can reduce everyone’s attack - would then solve the problem fairly brutally?

If you can afford the Hamons and Wild Tahrs do exactly what I did in my replay and fish for those exact combo cards. Doesn’t even matter what else you put in the deck as long as Kaleos is the general, at least 1 Wild Tahr, 1 Hamon and 1 Mist Dragon Seal in the deck (though having more would increase consistency of drawing the right hand).

would prefer not to craft as spirit vs ltd, and I don’t play much songhai tbh…

Had obliterate not been in the last 10 cards would have won last time…sob

Maybe Golem Magmar with EMP to remove their reviving abilities or Doom.

I don’t think I’m experienced enough to suggest decks, but here are some general tips:

1. Don’t always attack when given the chance to.
The bosses will kill themselves to respawn at full health at the start of their turn. Think carefully before attacking. Don’t give the bosses the chance to respawn, or else you’ll pretty much have to start over again.

2. Spread out your assets.
Attack the bosses one by one, do not focus on just one. Try to bring them down collectively, so all 4 of them are killed simultaneously. You’ll need to set up a board for this, so don’t hesitate to use your general body to protect minions. (The Legions appear to attack the closest enemy.)

3. Use Heavy Bodies
The 3 heal is very annoying to deal with, especially when playing low mana minions. Take advantage of increased mana to get big bodies on board quickly, with stats that can deal more than 3 damage. Multiple smaller minions can also work, but I found that inefficient because a Legion’s 4 attack is quite threatening to them.

As a newb and with a half-finished deck my advice would be as follows (to people without every card this is!)

Running case creep with 1 obliterate and (preferably) at least 1 klaxon…

-Never attack except to kill minions to gain shadow creep from the ping.
-Lots of provoke minions (Primus Shieldmasters slow them up)
-3 Empheral Shroud’s to dispel the bosses.
-As much card-draw as you can; I ran 3 jammers and blaze hounds and aethermasters.
-At least case of stone cold removal for a horrible grandmaster with blast, flying et al…

Pray for a bit of top deck luck…but it can be done as I just did it…you only need 8 creep tiles…

Easiest win: lyonar:
decimate & divine bond on existing iron cliff or giago or tombstone.

Giago was the true MVP in my fight as well. Great when paired with Holy Immolation.

Guys, just use litd, it’s probably the most obvious use of card
