Just a few questions, was wondering what type of people are doing support on https://support.duelyst.com/hc/en-us ?
Do they know the game, have they played it or know how it works ?
Or is it just a vanilla support (or bots) dealing with all Bandai games with standard answers ?
Does support here in forums still active and done by CPG “officials” or just a Community Support by volunteer players ? ( https://forums.duelyst.com/c/Community-Support )
Members when our QA’s and Devs were mostly made up of top 50 regulars.
