i mean, it’s been 5 months since the post i remember you from is all.

I promise I’ll get on that Monday morning, first thing when I get in. The community’s processing a lot at the moment. I want to give you all time to focus on the awesomeness that is @ThanatosNoa and grieve, and hopefully recover from the doomed feeling that’s currently rife in Discord.

Then, I’ll reintroduce you all to me on Monday and be able to address the feedback from the weekend. Plus, I can be long winded and I have a few other things I need to do today before I head home to the wife and child for the weekend.

I know this is scary, and I know I’m the “new guy”, but I’m really looking forward to digging into things on Monday with you all.

I know my involvement in this community has been mostly limited to the forums, but that’s because this is my Duelyst home. no offense to discord and reddit, they are good for those who us it

It’s always difficult to see friends move on to new opportunities which will limit the connections we have all made; leaving us to reminisce about the good ol’ times. It’s a lot like graduating from high school; all of your friends are not going to follow the same path as you, but that certainly does not mean you can’t remain connected in some regard.

As long as Duelyst is here, many of us will be here. I will be here. Though we may come and go, take breaks, quit and return, move on to other things and drop in…or whatever you wish to call it…we all feel welcome here.

@ThanatosNoa, you have been one helluva community manager. There is no reason to be sad, really…because you aren’t saying goodbye. It’s just a graduation to grand horizons, and you will always be welcome to hang out with us whenever you are able.
