This thing is shite, it’s impossible to connect I’ve been trying all day long. First of all, I don’t like this obligatory register thing, and then this. You guys better fix your thing cause it doesn’t work at all

i really hope this gets sorted out soon. I created this bandai acct and it said linked successfully, however no crate received. then when I go to relink accounts in settings it gives me wrong password/email/username error. i would really hate to miss out on this reward after I already missed out on the humblebundle promo code from last year because I had began playing literally two days too early to qualify.

Are the gauntlet tickets and spirit only for people who had a Ban-Nam account BEFORE all this? I followed the process through Duelyst on Steam and got the box o’ free orbs, but nothing else as far as I can tell. If I am supposed to receive these goodies, should I just contact support? Apologies if I missed something.

I got em, even though I had only a duelyst account.

But I already had a gauntlet deck, I only saw them after I finished my run.
They were not in the crate.

Indeed it is.
I ended up with all of my three accounts not using the email adress I want - all three of them.
And it isn’t possible to switch the email adress of a BN-account it seems.

On my way linking my accounts I accidently created two new Duelyst accounts I will never use.

So - yeah! It’s a scary process with an unknown end.

Edit: There’s another issue: It’s not possible for me to change to the BN US-site. I’m always redirected to the German site. No chance to stop this. So I’m not able to login at the BN site with my account since they have seperate European and American account management…

My first impression of BN cooperation: I have no advantage from it but the skin. Otherwise: A lot of trouble.

Same issue here. Wondering also if it’s only for existing Bandai accounts.

hello,

I had trouble this morning with duelyst. I try to log with my steam account.

The client wanted my email adress and my password i don’t know why because i have done that already when i log the first time.

Since i can’t log because i forgot my password and when i want a new one, the client get me on a duelyst page that tell me i have to go on the namco bandai website.

This website tell me that my e-mail adress doesn’t exist…

What can i do?

I bought Vanilla packs and 2 extensions. are they lost?

Thank for the attention.

Lol, Does it help?

Just joining in to say, that i also had serious issues with linking (most notably the german vs us bandai thingy and not receiving the gauntlet tickets and 900 spirit) but reporting to the actual support got me my stuff with relative ease.

Cheers.

I have no support answer but thank you for answering me.

I will try again.

What? I did not get Gauntlet tickets or spirit on any of my 3 accounts. I didn’t know there was such a thing. I did recieve the Healing Mystic-Skin but nothing else.

You can’t be more wrong.

You don’t know how much i don’t care. Continue to post your pics or report me. It make me laugh. :kissing_heart:

This post and the fact that you direct messaged me on discord, suggests that you do care, but hey, what do I know?

Anyways, I’m not going to say anything else, because I think I have better things to do right now.

I didn’t know either, but the game doesn’t say you received them it just turns up. So check Gauntlet and see if you have 3 tickets there, and you might have spent the spirit already by now if you didn’t notice the extra 900 spirit. But best way to know is the 3 Gauntlet tickets since you can’t accidentally use them without knowing.

Trust me, you have better things to do right now. Literally anything is better right now.
