it’s not the question of why, it should be that way, the game should be clear for everyone even for those who just starts to get into digital card games.

i don’t want to see their thinking phase i want to see what they do, but if that’s what i want to see then i have to bear with everything moving weirdly and lagging behind?

Cool list, I do think a few things need a lot of polishing before hitting mobile. One small thing I would add is extending the Match History so that it also shows the faction of your opponent. This way, it would be easier to spot what is popular on ladder, and what are the best / worst matchups.

Good suggestions, the Battle Log is the main thing I want to see improved. In general most games don’t have that great of a battle log but I think that Duelyst unfortunately has one of the least informative. If I ever go to the bathroom or answer the door in match I usually don’t even try to read the battle log, I just accept the board as it is.

One thing I would really like to see changed in this game is when it shows your quest progress after each match. I really wish it wasn’t large and right in the middle of the screen. It takes a fair amount of time to go away if you ignore it and there’s a delay between when the notices appear and when you can click them away (understandably so you don’t click too fast and can’t see what they say).

I would much prefer if they were smaller and placed at the top or bottom of the screen so they aren’t blocking other things you’d rather be looking at or clicking (since they block your clicks as well).

I like a lot of these suggestions but one I particularly and strongly agree on is the battle log. Could be and should be significantly better. Shadowverse has an excellent and easy to copy battle log.

if you would like to add something that i might have missed feel free to do so, maybe CPG will actually make most of these suggestions into reality one can only hope.

I enjoy this game a lot, but there are many minor flaws. Great list, I hope they fix all of these with priority on number one.

To add something else to the list:

I want my enter (line break) button to enter chat. This not being a thing tilts me to no end, no other program or game comes to mind that doesn’t open chat on enter.

Theres an option in Steam: Library-> right click on Duelyst-> Properties-> Set lunch options-> write -w in the empty field and the game should lunch in windowed mode :slight_smile:
But yeah it would be nice to set that in the settings tab :slight_smile:
